With the PA Clean Indoor Air Act becoming law on 9/11/2008, the Patriot News have obtained a list from the PA Department of Health under a Right-To-Know request. Among the possible violaters was a state office building.

Here is a complete list of 329 possible violaters. Local establishments noted are the Endzone in Kulpmont and Buster's near Danville.
