Unless some last minute circumstance, Michael Vick will make his Eagles debut. As far as I'm concerned the NFL and NCAA Division I are businesses. The Eagles got Vick on the cheap. Vick paid his debt. Whether you think he deserves a second chance or not, he still has a marketable skill in sports entertainment.
